Lilac Cottage is a one bedroom traditional dales cottage, tastefully restored and furnished with antiques, situated above the main village amenities. The south-facing cottage nestles in a tranquil location with spectacular views over the dale and to the Buttertubs Pass in the west.

Bridge Cottage, Thwaite (Sleeps 2) Dog Friendly

A lovely cottage in Thwaite, home from home - a perfect escape for a few nights away with The Kearton Hotel on the doorstep for a late breakfast, lunch or a cream tea, or evening meal and Muker is only a 20 minutes walk through the meadows on the public footpaths.

Arngill Cottage, Muker (Sleeps 2 - 4)

Arngill is a self-catering two bedroom cottage, sleeping four, in Muker at the head of Swaledale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. An ideal base for a wide range of year round activities including walking, climbing, caving, riding, mountain-biking, bird-watching, painting, photography or just plain relaxing

The cottage has marvellous views all around, down the valley towards the famously pretty village of Muker with its 16th century church tower rising above the stone roofs and up towards Kisdon, Rogan's Seat and Muker Side.




Aygill Farm Cottage, nr Keld (Sleeps 2)


This cottage is located on a working hill farm producing Swaledale sheep near the top of Swaledale. It's a lovely grade II listed building with original features but with all the modern conveniences such as wi-fi and with spectacular views of the dale. A 5 minute drive from Muker or a lovely 40 minute walk on the public footpaths through the meadows.

Thwaitedale Cottages, Thwaite (Sleep 2-7)

These 'home from home' cottages are situated in the pretty village of Thwaite in Upper Swaledale; an area of outstanding natural beauty in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. There are lots of lovely walks from the doorstep and The Farmers Arms pub at Muker is only a 20 minute walk through the meadows. The Hunter family have been offering quality accommodation in Thwaite for over 50 years and look forward to welcoming you to Thwaite.

Thwaite Farm Cottages, Thwaite (Sleep 2-4)

Thwaite Farm Cottages are both stone built barns converted to a very high standard and situated in the small peaceful village of Thwaite in Upper Swaledale, one mile from The Farmers Arms at Muker. Both cottages face south and have stone flagged areas at front & rear with ample parking for cars. Stone built walls surround hay meadows at the back of the cottages leading towards Kisdon Hill giving wonderful views up the dale.

Swaledale Cottages (Sleep 2 - 6), Healaugh nr. Reeth

Swaledale Cottages is a family run business offering High Grade holiday accommodation to people who expect and appreciate high levels of comfort and value for money.

These Cottages are located in and near the village of Healaugh which is in the centre of Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park approximately ten miles from Richmond. The oldest cottage dates back to the 18th Century and each has its own individual character. They have all been modernised and renovated to a high standard, without destroying the qualities which make them such an attractive holiday experience in the first place.

Healaugh is a small village which won the best kept village competition and houses the largest of our cottages, Swale View. The other cottages are in private grounds up a tree lined drive a third of a mile long in a secluded location

Harriet's Cottage, Muker (Sleeps 4)


Harriet's Cottage, which sleeps 4, is situated next to Lilac Cottage, in an elevated position in the centre of Muker, but in a secluded plot above the other properties. All rooms enjoy delightful views of the dale to the South.

The Smithy, Keld (Sleeps 4)

A beautiful cottage tucked out the way in Keld with lovely views of the surrounding area. The ground floor has stone flags throughout, including the kitchen/dining area and downstairs bedroom which has two single beds. The dining area has a 6 seater dining table, TV, multi-fuel stove, bed settee and drinks fridge. There is also a snug breakfast area idea for children. The upstairs consists of the master bedroom (double), the lounge, with surround sound television, hi-fi, leather sofas and a stone feature fireplace (not in use). The Old Mill Cottage is situated in the village of Gunnerside in the heart of Swaledale, one of the most picturesque dales within the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The cottage is set within a courtyard and gardens at the edge of the village offering a secluded position, with gunnerside beck running along the back of the building. This is an ideal location from which to explore the Dales, whether on foot, cycle or in the car. Cycle storage is available upon request.

The cottage sleeps 4 with 1 double and 1 twin room. It has retained its Olde Worlde Charm while still providing all modern facilities. A log, coal burning stove is the main focus point in the living area. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, and a modern large shower room with power shower.

The cottage also has the use of a large summerhouse in the gardens.

Situated in the charming village of Muker in the heart of Swaledale is Corner Cottage, a delightful and interesting property offering very comfortable accommodation with many key features, including a spiral staircase down to the main bedrooms. Carefully converted to allow the addition of an extra double bedroom and second bathroom, the cottage is spacious and ideal for family groups or walkers. The Manse is the former ministers' residence adjoining the stone built chapel in the tiny unspoilt village of Keld, with picturesque views of Upper Swaledale. This traditional dales Manse cottage has been refurbished to a high standard with all modern conveniences, including Sky box television and wireless broadband internet connection. The cottage retains many of its' original features such as stone floors, beamed ceilings and fireplaces. The bedrooms consist of two double rooms and one twin and there is a spacious sitting room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room. Theas Cottage, Satron nr. Muker (Sleeps 6)

Thea's Cottage is situated in the tiny hamlet of Satron, just under a mile West of Gunnerside. Beautifully positioned away from the road and overlooking the river and hillside beyond, it offers accommodation of up to six adults in a traditional ‘long house' which has been adapted for 21st century living whilst retaining many original features.




Brystone, West Stonesdale (Sleeps 6)

Brystone is a distinctly luxurious yet contemporary three hundred year old Yorkshire Dales farmhouse in a divine location in the tiny hamlet of West Stonesdale. Laykin Cottage, Low Row (Sleeps 7)

Laykin cottage sleeps 7 in luxury accommodation, set high on the hillside with breathtaking views of beautiful Swaledale. The sunny south facing garden overlooks hay meadows and moors and the River Swale. We are biased, but think this is the best view in the world! We defy you not to fall in love with Swaledale as we did when we bought the cottage.

Laykin cottage is the ideal location to get away from it all. It is totally secluded, with no neighbours and is approached via it's own private road.

It is modern, comfortable and has been recently totally refurbished. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating downstairs and a woodburning stove. All linen and towels are provided together with a welcome pack. Children of all ages are most welcome. No smoking. No dogs, but working/well behaved dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement. They would only be allowed in the boot room.
